Florida & Michigan solution for the DNC

Here's a simple decision to both save the money of another redo of those Primary elections for the Democratic Party. All they have to do is seat delegates of both States and apportion the delegates based upon the total delegate count each candidate has, after all the other States have voted. Seems simple but it doesn't seem like Hillary would go for it does it.
