Who are the 36% approving Bush's job performance?

Nothing surprises me much anymore. But what still does surprise me is that 36% of those polled still approve President Bush and how he is doing his job and handling the Iraq war. Who are these Americans? What Kool-Aid are they drinking? If at this point in Bush's 7th year in office we still have 36% of Americans approving Bush and this Administration, is there any hope left for America? Where did we go wrong as a country, what were the early signs and what can we do about it now?
