Error of no oversight? Former Bush appointment Wolfowitz back in the news

Does this sound like familiar territory? Well it is. Back in the news today the once forgotten but never out of the news, Paul Wolfowitz, former Deputy Secretary of Defense under Donald Rumsfeld and current World Bank President. He was asked to consider resigning by the World Bank after this investigation. Seems he did what all Bush appointments are used to, promoted someone without proper oversight. It turns out it was his girlfriend.
